The Coach Place is heading into its third year in partnering with our organisation for the delivery of leadership coaching and development. Lisa and her team have been integral in delivering multiple tailored programs across the business, in support of the continual development of our leaders and people, including 6 cohorts of the Lead and Accelerate programs for our senior leaders, as well as many masterclasses, keynotes, team building experiences and workshops. The Coach Place team are unique, caring, purposeful, and committed in their approach. It was 2012 when I first experienced The Coach Place Team through the NAB Thrive program, so it’s pleasing to observe the impact they continue to have as we head into 2025. Over the years this highly performing team has only developed further given all the experiences throughout their journey. I understand that there are many examples of clients who have gone on to high profile and senior roles, no doubt influenced and assisted by the support of this team. Much of their work goes unnoticed due to the strict confidentiality they apply; accordingly, I am sure that there are leaders who have continued to utilise the deep relationship and trust developed, and have engaged the team as a trusted sounding board. Whether it’s a looming crisis or about leveraging current success, they are always accessible. In my circumstance I have engaged them to facilitate strategic planning sessions and team building workshops, but it’s their Thrive program that’s the true evidence point for what personal and cultural transformation could look like. Many cohorts over many years, has seen an alumnus of deeply connected leaders emerge that has proven to exist well beyond the role or organisation.
