Master Coach and Business Mentor
My name is Nicola Palk and I currently live on the northside in Sydney, NSW.
An entrepreneur at-heart, I'm known for combining my business expertise with my coaching intuition and skill, building trust fast, and finding the light bulb moments that matter the most.
I'm a master Coach and business mentor with over 25 years of experience working with senior leaders from right round the globe. I'm also an experienced business strategist and consultant who co-founded a multi-million dollar business which pioneered a new approach to inspiring leaders at the highest levels.
Clients can expect a warm, authentic and challenging experience with me as we bring a new level of clarity to what they’re ‘really’ seeking, and create new pathways of possibility to help bring this about. I also hold a courageous vision for all those I work with, so be prepared for accountability, truthful reflection, and real growth.
I work with senior leaders from multinationals to medium and small-sized firms who are committed to growth in their leadership style and approach. I've also worked with some of the world's top business leaders from industries such as education, hospitality, financial services, energy, transport and logistics, telecommunications, and FMCG companies.
My superpower is my unique talent for clearly recognizing and decoding a person's unique brand of genius – a factor which often helps move the dial.
I'm a Coach because I always believed that great business is all about ‘people’. So once I discovered my natural flair for leading and inspiring high-performance teams, this prompted me to complete my Masters in Organisational Coaching and combine my 'love-to' for coaching with my ‘can-do’ for business, which then allowed me to explore the best of both worlds.
Authentic, inspiring, committed, passionate, skillful, trustworthy.
On the personal side, I'm a single Mum and role model to two teenage daughters. I believe that great leadership often starts at home and that is why it's important to figure out what you stand for, rules are often meant to be broken – you just have to make sure you break the right ones!
