What’s your name and where is home? 

My name is Stacey Henschell and home for me is Brisbane - in the Sunshine State!

What are you known for? 

I'm known as The Coach Place HQ personified, sitting strategically across the entire business and building key relationships with every single person that comes through our door.

What do you do? 

I work closely with our Founding Director Lisa, as we continuously strive to grow our business on a global scale. I'm the conduit that sits in the middle of absolutely everything we are doing and the driving force behind everything that is to come next. I bring strategic organisation and planning expertise to The Coach Place.

Tell us about the experience your clients should expect?

Clients can expect full support and connection to everything they need. I will stop at nothing to make sure our clients and team are fully supported. If you need an answer, I will have it. I've worked with some of Australia's most successful CEOs and Boards in my previous roles, so have a long history of working across supporting multiple industries, stakeholders and roles.

Who do you work with?

I work with everyone in our business, from clients and team members, through to managing relationships with all of our suppliers, speakers and everyone else who works with us to make the magic happen. 

What’s your super power? 

Being a multitasking unicorn - 50 tasks at once? Yes please!

Prior to working at The Coach Place, I was a long-time supporter and friend of the business, having worked extensively with Lisa as a client in the past. I'm passionate about building, fostering, and embedding positive, dynamic, and holistic cultures and relationships.

What values would people call out when describing you?

Direct, but fair, with rather high expectations. Friendly, welcoming and warm. And too empathetic for my own good. 

Tell us a bit about the personal side of you. 

In my spare time, with my oversupply of energy, I like to run long distances (on purpose) and you can often find me doing either one of two things - enjoying spicy margaritas and soaking up time with my beautiful friends or adoring my nieces, nephews and godbabies who I am utterly obsessed with - I am everyone's favourite Aunty Stace (I buy the good snacks!).
