Stacey Henschell - Head of Operations

If you have worked with The Coach Place, you already know exactly who Stacey is and will have seen her face and experienced her energy in some capacity. Stacey joined our team after having been a long-time supporter and friend of the business as a result of working with Lisa extensively as a client in the past.

Stacey is The Coach Place HQ personified. She sits strategically across our entire business building key relationships with every single person that comes through our door, and is working closely with Lisa as we continuously strive to grow our business at a global scale. She is the conduit that sits in the middle of absolutely everything we are doing, and is the driving force behind everything that is to come next.

If you are our client or one of our team Stacey will stop at nothing to make sure you are fully supported and connected into everything you need. You will frequently hear our team say her name, and if you need an answer – she will have it

Stacey brings a wealth of passion and experience in operations, marketing and communication, people management, international event facilitation and high level executive support. Stacey also has vast experience in building, fostering and embedding positive, dynamic and holistic cultures to a wide range of stakeholders.

With over 15 years experience in senior executive support and operations management roles, Stacey has worked with some of Australia’s most successful CEOs and Boards. From being the administrative backbone of Corporate boardrooms at ASX top 200 companies and providing operational management in the Commercial Real Estate space, to planning and executing conferences in the US - she’s quite literally done it all! Stacey brings to the Coach Place Global strategic organisation and planning expertise, a calm yet very enthusiastic demeanour and a very strict enforcement of no waffling on in meetings - so if you are looking to shoot from the hip on a tight schedule, she’s got you!

In her spare time with her oversupply of energy, Stacey likes to run long distances (on purpose..) and also has a special interest in supporting organisations and charities that help to make the world a better place for disadvantaged young people.
