Project Me

Available as a masterclass, workshop, conference topic, keynote presentation

You know it’s time for a change, right? This is about not waiting and taking a good hard look at the life you are living.

Every so often something happens to encourage - or force! - us to re-examine how we are living, working and feeling. The global pandemic has been that catalyst for many. We have all had to navigate our way through the uncertainty as best we can. Some people have thrived and created new opportunities, while others feel as though they have barely survived, just doing what they can to get by. Some are waiting for the pandemic to pass to get their old lives back, or for ‘the right time’ to make a move.

We coaches know that many people had big plans for growth and change before COVID-19 hit. Promotions, career changes, savings plans, running a marathon, leaving an unhealthy relationship, going back to study, getting a healthier body and more.

This session is about not waiting! It is about deciding the next best steps for you. For the opportunists it’s about an even bigger grab at life. For the survivors it’s about working out what they most need and want. And for the waiters it’s about taking action. But it’s not for the faint hearted! Truths must be told and work must be done to identify what’s working and what’s not. You’ll conduct an audit deep into the corners of mindset, career, finances, health and relationships, so be prepared to reflect, assess, decide, strategise and plan - all with a dose of accountability and a good helping of courage. It’s about taking time out from the noise of life to clarify your vision, understand your strengths, nurture your priorities and encourage your evolution as a human. Project Me is about investing in you. Are you ready to make YOU the most important project?

Project Me is available as a:

  • 90 minute masterclass
  • 4 hour workshop
  • breakout conference sessions online or in the room
  • keynote presentation or speech
