How do I know if coaching is for me?

There is rarely a right or wrong time to start coaching. The ‘waiting room’ is a nice place to visit for a while but not much happens there. There is nearly always an opportunity to grow, learn and plan. If your head and heart are telling you it’s time to pay attention to a particular aspect of your life, then just say YES to getting started and don’t wait.

  5. Do I know this is the right time for me to play big in the world?
  6. Am I feeling uninspired and lacking in purpose?
  7. Do I want to be better and more effective at what I do and who I am?
  8. Do I want to be healthier and happier?
  9. Am I curious to learn more about me and my mindset?
  10. Do I need or want something in my life to be different?
