Hi all, thank you so much for joining us on 15 June for Paul Taylor’s masterclass. What a fun yet, confronting session. I hope you’ve all been having cold showers and blaming him for it. We'll be writing an article with some added research on this for The Coach Place members.

Don’t forget to do your box breathing. I’ve been sharing this technique with clients for a long time and many are very gratified to have this strategy in their tool box. Also sending you a friendly reminder in regards fewer donuts, more sleep and no mobile phones by your bed! Boring maybe – but important ;-)
