Natasha Osmond-Dreyer

Natasha Osmond-Dreyer - Coach & Facilitator

Natasha has an impressive history of enabling both organisation-wide and personal transformation. She is known for her strong background in building human capital where organisations make their people matter. She is a breath of fresh air, an authentic voice, and a powerful advocate for having effective strategies that enable her clients to thrive in our current global climate. Based on her experience, Natasha knows that “being” is worlds apart from “doing”. If it was as easy as putting into practice what we read in books and listen to on podcasts, we would all be happy, healthy and successful.

As your coach, Natasha will challenge you to truly unlock who you are when you are telling yourself the truth, and get clarity on who you want to be going forward. She is passionate about working with clients to unearth potential and possibility. As your facilitator, Natasha will be thought provoking, credible and ready to reflect back your learnings.

Prior to becoming a sought-after coach, facilitator and business mentor, Natasha worked in global corporate leadership and strategic roles for over 17 years. She has had the honour of working in Australia, the UK and Europe; in small family offices, complex global organisations, and large revenue-producing divisions of major financial institutions. She has worked to help transform culture, identify challenges to success, and deliver significant returns for major businesses. Indeed, it is this experience in corporate leadership that equips her to provoke, partner and support others, as they face into challenges, opportunities, and personal growth.

Inquisitive by nature, Natasha is deeply passionate about identifying what needs to evolve for humans and organisations to thrive. She considers it an enormous privilege to see her clients bring goals to life and be better at being themselves. You might be interested to know that she has a long-held relationship with The Coach Place that started with her being a client 8 years ago. Now as a qualified master coach, she facilitates mindset shifts and supports clients to identify what personal and professional success means for them. Natasha is a Practitioner of Developmental Coaching - a robust, evidence-based coaching methodology that examines traditional coaching methodologies and looks at a person’s hidden dimensions, and their cognitive and social/emotional development. Looking at the two axes together brings lasting developmental change and a recognition of a person’s potential capacity for further growth.

As a facilitator, she has delivered thought-provoking workshops to groups ranging from 10 to over 500 participants, inspiring and educating leaders on business-critical skills such as influence, giving and receiving feedback, communication, culture, and resilience. Natasha has worked with senior executives from a broad range of clients and industries, such as the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Commonwealth Bank (CBA), National Australia Bank (NAB), Bank of New Zealand (BNZ), Minter Ellison, Tomra, Arkose Labs, Optus and NewsCorp. A mum to two primary-aged girls, Natasha believes learning starts early. Even at the primary age, young people can learn how to take up space without apology. She believes in teaching them and other young people to own their opinions and voices. If they can operate in the world as full expressions of themselves and know how to communicate their needs, we will start to see emerging leaders who can stand proud in their gender, racial identity and ethnicity, and who will support others to do the same. Leaders who partner with Tash will be sure to find themselves thinking hard about their impact.

If all of that wasn’t enough, Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Italian, a Master of Business Administration (Innovation and Leadership), is a member of the International Coaching Community, and is currently studying for a Master of Education. She practices what she preaches, and that means she is always investing in her own learning and growth. Time spent with Natasha will leave your head and heart feeling full. Note, she also loves to laugh and celebrate with her clients.
