Chris has worked in the organisational consulting and talent development field for over 20 years with a wide variety of clients across a range of industries. In that time, Chris has designed and delivered a broad suite of organisational development services working with all levels of leadership from boards and senior executives to front-line leaders and teams.

As a registered psychologist with a background in performance psychology, Chris brings an informed and pragmatic approach to the services he provides in areas such strategic planning, leadership development, organisational and team culture, talent management, executive/ leadership coaching, and assessment.
